Motivation

Motivation is clear and simple: there is no working IPv4/IPv6 accounter which is able to operate on both IP protocol generations and account them together. There is no accounter, which is able to group flows, which is able to operate on one accounting server and account lots of routers. But it is not true now: there is such a piece of software. This IP accounter is the "one".
